How did the week go? I have exams nearly everyday, but that doesn’t mean that you won’t get your weekly dosis of The Uniformed Student!
Today’s outfit is for those events you gotta dress up, but not too much. I used a super cute culotte and paired it with the pink blouse. Last, I used one of my favourite kinds of shoes for formal events: Kitten heels. As I told you a few posts ago, I love these to add elegance, but be comfortable 😉

¿Qué tal la semana? La verdad, yo tengo exámenes prácticamente todas los días, pero eso no quita que vosotros tengáis vuestra dosis semanal de The Uniformed Student 🙂
El look de hoy es para esos momentos en los que tienes que arreglarte, pero tampoco demasiado. He usado unos culottes que me parecen monísimos gracias al detalle del volante que se forma al final de la pierna, y los he unido con una blusa rosa. Por último, he usado uno de mis zapatos preferidos para eventos formales: Los zapatos con tacón medio. Como os conté hará un par de posts, me encantan para añadir algo de elegancia, pero seguir estando muy cómoda 😉

The outfit I show you today is pretty simple and comfortable, but also very stylish – At least, I think so!
I paired a casual shirt and white jeans with really cute kitten heeled shoes. They make your legs look longer, but they’re still super comfy.
I didn’t want to look too dressed up, but in case you do, just put on a blazer and you’re ready to go.

Ahora que he dado todas las explicaciones necesarias, podemos centrarnos en lo que nos gusta de verdad: La moda.
El conjunto que os enseño hoy es bastante simple y cómodo, pero aún así se ve bastante bien, o al menos, ¡eso creo!
He unido una camisa y unos vaqueros blancos bastante informales con unos zapatos con kitten heel bastante monos. Estos provocan que se vean las piernas mas largas, pero siendo súper cómodos.
No quería ir demasiado arreglada, pero en caso de que vosotros busquéis eso mismo, poneos una chaqueta y listo.

I have no idea on how should I start this post. I only know the aim, but that’s not enough to express how sorry I am for not being uploading new content as I promised, not only The Uniformed Student readers, but myself.

No tengo ni la menor idea de como empezar a escribir este post. Y es que sé, lo que quiero decir, pero no sirve de nada saber el motivo si no eres capaz de expresar cuanto lamento no haber subido nada nuevo tal y como prometí, no solo a los lectores de The Uniformed Student, sino a mí misma.
Although some people may think I’ve been on vacation, that couldn’t be more wrong. I’ve been working harder than ever, I’ve been doing the best I could not only at school, but also trying to get over some issues in my life. I’m glad to say all that effort paid its reward.
I’m not only sorry because of abandoning the blog during all this time, but giving up one of the things I enjoyed the most doing: Blogging about fashion.
A pesar de que alguna gente pueda pensar que he estado de vacaciones, no pueden estar mas equivocados. He estado trabajando mas duro que nunca, no solo en el colegio, sino también para poder superar ciertos asuntillos en mi vida. No obstante, me complace decir que ese esfuerzo ha valido la pena.
No solo lo siento por haber abandonado el blog durante todo este tiempo, sino que también lo siento por mí, por haber sido esa tonta que renunció a una de las cosas que mas disfrutaba: Escribir sobre moda desde detrás de una pantalla.
But the real thing is: What will happen with The Uniformed Student now?
Well, even though I love fashion, it’s not the only thing I think about during the day. I have many other interests. I like books, I like TV shows, I like cinema, and I can’t live without music. And if I share with you my opinion in the fashion field, why shouldn’t I do the same with these other things?
Pero el tema que de verdad importa es: ¿Qué va a pasar con The Uniformed Student ahora?
Bueno, aunque me enloquece la moda, no es en la única cosa en la que pienso durante el día. Tengo muchos otros intereses. Me gustan los libros, las series, el cine, y no puedo vivir sin la música. Y si comparto con vosotros mi opinión con respecto a la moda, ¿por qué no hacerlo con estas otras cosas?
And of course the main theme of this page will be fashion as it has been until now, but I think now it’s time to start over.
Because as someone once said, Sundays are for new beggings.

How’s Valentine’s Day going? If your going to be on netflix all day while eating sweets, thinking love won’t knock your door, don’t worry. I will be doing exactly the same.
But let’s talk not about loneliness, but fashion! Today’s outfit includes one of my favourite garments ever. Bomber jacket.
I love the shape of the jacket, so timeless, so unisex, I don’t know! It drives me crazy, to be honest.
Also, I’m wearing one of my favourite shoes ever: Adidas Stan Smith.
Although I haven’t show them here, I use them A LOT, and it’s because they’re really simple and comfy but also chic and fashionable

¿Qué tal el día de los enamorados? Si vuestro plan para hoy es ver una comedia romántica y comer chucherías, pensando que el amor nunca llegará no os preocupéis; yo estaré exactamente igual.
¡Pero no hablemos de soledad sino de moda! El outfit de hoy trae una de mis prendas favoritas no de la temporada, sino de todas. La cazadora bomber.
Adoro la forma de esta chaqueta, tan masculina pero tan femenina a la vez, actual pero antigua, ¡no lo sé! Me vuelve loca, para qué engañar.
Además viene acompañada de otra de mis cosas favoritas: Las Adidas Stan Smith.
Aunque no las haya enseñado por aquí todavía las uso una barbaridad, y es que son simples y cómodas sin perder el toque chic que a todas nos gusta llevar.
I love today’s outfit, to be honest. I have said a million times I love mixing patterns, and stripes + plaid wouldn’t be an exception.
I bought the skort at sales – it was super cheap – and I wore it for the same time today. I’m in love!

El outfit de hoy me encanta, para qué engañar. Ya he dicho mil veces que me encanta mezclar estampados, y las rayas + cuadros no iba a ser una excepción.
Compré la falda pantalón de rebajas, una ganga, por cierto, y hoy ha sido el día en el que me la he puesto por primera vez. ¡Me gusta un montón!
Intentaré actualizar más seguido antes de que vuelvan los exámenes día sí, día también, o mejor aún, organizarme (sí, me repito más que el ajo) y dejar las entradas preparadas :).
How ya’ doing? For me, it’s been a pretty stressing week although I couldn’t wait to post a neww look 🙂
Today’s outfit was improvised. Something casual and comfy, because I didn’t have the freedom I usually have (family meetings are a wonderful thing). On the other hand, I must say that I’m in love with the setting of the shooting.
But let’s get back to the outfit. I think you can notice I love mixing patterns. I’m sorry, but I think it’s the easiest way to make a daily look super chic. Also, I wore my inseparable black booties, because I can’t wear them to school so I make the most of them during the weekends.

¿Qué tal todo? Para mí, una semana un poco estresante para ser sincera, aunque tenía las mismas ganas de publicar hoy aquí 🙂
El outfit de hoy fue algo improvisado. Un conjunto ponible y cómodo, ya que por desgracia no tenía total libertad para elegir como de costumbre (qué bonitas son las reuniones familiares). Eso sí, he de reconocer que estoy enamorada del sitio tan chulo en el que pude hacer las fotos para hoy.
Volviendo al outfit, creo que se puede notar lo que a mí me gusta mezclar estampados. Lo siento, no lo puedo evitar, pero es que me parece una forma tan sencilla de darle un toque distinto a nuestra ropa del día a día… En los pies, unas de mis botas negras inseparables y es que ya que no me las puedo poner para ir a clase, aprovecho al máximo el fin de sama para usarlas.
¿Qué tal la semana? Como os comenté por instagram, el miércoles hice un examen para conseguir un título de inglés, y por eso no pude subir una entrada (la vida del estudiante; estudiar, estudiar y cuando acabes, vuelve a estudiar).
¡Pero ya estoy aquí! El look de hoy me recuerda muchísimo a un uniforme de colegio, ¡aunque más me hubiera gustado a mí haber llevado un uniforme así! La chaqueta es antiquísima, pero me parecía que era la mejor opción para darle ese toque escolar que buscaba. Aún teniendo claro lo que quería conseguir, no podía presentar un look medianamente normal, así que le he añadido los botines para un aire más sport chic.

How has the week been? As I told you on instagram, on Wednesday I did an exam to get Trinity English grade, so that’s why I couldn’t upload (student’s life; study, study, and when you’re finished, study again).
But I’m already here! Today’s outfit reminds me a lot to a school uniform, although I’d have loved to wear an uniform like this! The blazer is really old, but I found that it was the best way to get that school-vibe. And maybe I wanted to get a school look, but I had to add my signature, so I wore sneakers to a sport-chic look.

En el post de hoy, las cosas han cambiado un poco. Son unas fotos rápidas, que por viento, lluvia (y por qué no, ganas de cambio) hicimos dentro de casa, en las escaleras. Fueron las primeras fotos que hice con el pelo corto, así que me costó un poco colocarlo para no parecer una loca.
En cuanto al outfit, el binomio blanco y negro con un toque de color rojo es algo ya conocido por aquí, aunque en esta ocasión, ha habido un cambio de posición.

How has the week been? To be honest, I had to take out the books and start the studying 😥
On today’s post, things have changed a little bit. Pics were taken fast, and because of the weather (and, why not, a will of change) we took it inside, at the stairs. They were the first pics I took with short hair, so it was quite difficult to make it look good.
Talking about the outfit, black and white with a pop of red is well-known here, but this time, with a shift.

El outfit de hoy me vuelve loca, y creo que es muy acorde al estilo que me gusta llevar. Además, es súper abrigadito, perfecto para no pasar frío ahora 🙂 La mezcla de pantalón pitillo + camisa oversize me gusta muchísimo y lo uso a diario; si además añadimos la cazadora vaquera enorme…¡soy una chica completamente feliz!

How’s the return to the routine going? Maybe it gets hard sometimes, but it’s good to have some stuff to do, although sometimes there are too much stuff!
Today’s outfit drives me crazy, and I think it’s really related to the style I like to wear. AND, it’s super cozy, perfect to not to be cold during wintertime 🙂 I love the mixture of skinny jeans + oversized shirt-and I usually wear it every day. If you add the huge denim jacket…I’m completely happy!
